Our Mission Statement...
"To be unique in Payroll and HR service provision by consistently exceeding our customers expectations"
New On-Line Reporting
October 2008. The LPAY browser access has been further ehanced by providing security controlled reporting. By the use of simple field selection spreadsheet data can be quickly created and opened directly within Excel. This direct integration of the payroll data with Microsoft Office tools represents another major landmark in its development.
New Product Release
January 2008. A new suite of browser based applications are added to the LPAY suite. They eliminate both customers internal paperwork, spreadsheets etc and also between customers and CCM . Hours worked, one-off payments and deductions, new starters as well as leaver details and other changes can all be made by those responsible. This can be the department or branch manager, no payroll knowledge is required. All of this information is held pending approval of senior managers and/or the payroll team before being applied to the payroll.
Savings in time, effort and cost are made as well as eliminating errors. The system is extremely secure, much more so than other methods of processing which is important in the fight against identity theft.
The employee benefits from more efficient payment processing and also has access to his payslip on-line, no more waiting for the post and hoping that the dog doesn't get there first ! Not only can he see his current payslip but also those from previous periods as well.
To see a sample on-line payslip click here then enter a payroll of WEB an Employee N.I.No of AA123456A and a password of DEMO
Success for CCM Sponsored Team "Monstar" in the 2007 LandyRally
Team "Monstar", sponsored by CCM, successfully completed the inaugural Landy Rally™ during the week 15th to 21st September, covering 2,300 miles (nearly 3000 miles when the journey to the Calais start/finish line is included) encompassing 8 countries in 7 days, this non-speed event was part competition and part off-road expedition. Add to this mix, the opportunity of raising a substantial amount of revenue for charities and good causes, it quickly becomes apparent this is an event worthy of support.
Team "Monstar" included driver/co-driver Keith and Kieran Johnson with support crew Sylvia and Marc Johnson. The vehicle, a Land Rover 90, was equal to the challenge with only one "unscheduled service stop" in the Alps to add extra oil to a very noisy gearbox.
The event raised money for the "Wish upon a Star" children's charity that helps make dreams come true for children with life threatening conditions.
The team achieved a position just in the top ten and was awarded a prize for the vehicles presentation - not bad for a first attempt at such an expedition.
It seems likely that the event will be repeated next year and CCM expect to sponsor the entry of one (or possibly two) vehicles.
See us at the HR Software Show 2007
Probably the most important software show in the HR world is the HR Software Show organised by CIPD at Olympia, London. The show is open on 20th and 21st June 2007 and CCM will be exhibiting with our international partners Meta4. On display will be the latest World leading Meta4 PeopleNet 7 which forms the foundation of our integrated HR service.
You will be able to see this fully featured system which includes HR administration, skills and competency management, learning and development, talent management, career and succession planning and many more groundbreaking features. The entire system is internet based and geared for all sizes of organisation from a few hundred employees up to global multinationals.
Never before have such sophisticated systems been available to such a wide range of organisation sizes. This is only possible because of the service element and hosting provided by CCM. Add to this the established LPAY payroll service and the CCM / Meta4 stand A34 should be at the top of your "must see" list.
To make an appointment to see us on stand A34, or if you would like free tickets to the event contact Simon Lowe on our normal telephone number or by email.
